Why Get a Landline?

Landlines facilitate essential skill acquisition that both children and teens need:

1) Planning in advance

2) Hearing the sound of someone’s voice without “digital emojis”

3) Delayed gratification, patience

4) Independence to NOT be tethered to mom or dad (they can learn to ask other humans for help…if they can’t always “call mom”!)

5) The freedom to NOT be “on call” and always available
